I never expected to get this excited about electrolytes, but Proof has seriously changed my mornings. The powder dissolves so easily, and the drink is super refreshing... now I even grab it before my morning coffee (and swim). I'm feeling awake, hydrated, and ready to tackle the day. Plus, the chic little packets are perfect for taking with me on my travels. Berry is my fave! Definitely buying again.

I’ve been taking these twice a day now for the past couple of weeks and feeling the benefits - feeling fresh in the morning, more energy and more hydrated!
I love the flavours, tried others before but wasn’t a fan of the taste…but these are great, my favourite being the lemon & lime.
Lastly…say goodbye to hangovers!

I’ve tried a few electrolyte supplements in my time, especially given the fact that I periodically follow a ketogenic diet, so electrolytes consumption is a MUST for me. I can honestly say, these are simply the best electrolytes I’ve ever tried. Relieves all of my keto flu symptoms, gives me sustained energy levels throughout the day, all whilst delivering such a balanced flavour. Honestly in awe of how good these are.
