I love the flavor and the product overall. With a busy social life and a regular sports routine, it’s great for recovery in both areas. Hangovers are much more manageable, and it boosts my sports performance as well. I’ve also been taking the electrolytes daily, and I feel they help improve my overall performance at work in the office. Highly recommended!

I’ve tried many electrolyte brands over the years to aid in my fitness regimes however have always found problems - added nasty ingredients, bad flavour, poor company ethos etc however I’m pleased to say PROOF ticks all of the boxes and more.
The mixed berry is by far the best tasting electrolyte I’ve tried, it mixes so easily and the sachets are extremely convenient when you’re on the move. I take them before a workout, before a run, or to just start my day with a jolt of natural sustained energy. It’s replaced my morning coffee and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent value for money.

I’ve tried lots of brands of electrolytes and have always struggled with the taste and not enjoyed taking them.
Proof is the first brand I’ve tried with no bitter or salty aftertaste and genuinely has a lovely flavour. Mixed berry is my fave and could drink this product like it’s squash!
