I tried both flavors, and while I like them both, lemon and lime is my favorite. It tastes great and is good for your body and mind. The electrolytes are now part of my daily routine. I do a lot of cardio and boxing, sometimes multiple times a day. Those electrolytes and vitamins help me maintain the right balance of sodium and potassium and keep my vitamin levels in check.
